These classes need no prior acting experience, and are for brave folk who want to challenge themselves to some fun, RELAXED and competitive free acting activities, scripts, and games like you see on Who’s Line Is It Anyway!

Location and Parking

Don’t get lost in the maze of a high school, make sure you come in the URQUHART STREET entrance. That’s behind the Tennis courts you can see from Bell Street and off Pentridge Boulevard. Follow my signs (if it’s not too windy) to the second round about and park here in the STAFF CAR PARK. Most staff and students have dispered by 3:45pm so you’ll be able to park easily. Follow the signs up the ramp and into the school Building and we are in the DRAMA ROOM!

What do we do at our drama classes?

Across all our drama age groups we teach take-home mindfulness techniques to try and assist students. This helps in managing their emotions and self reflection, public speaking skills to teach them how to speak clearly, confidently and with purpose, and of course we do lots of drama. Our younger drama group performs in whole class mini plays, dialogue scripts, and small group scenes. They also do their favourite Choose Your Own Adventure Scenes each week. The older drama group extends students with monologues and more in-depth character analyses as well as developing theatre etiquette. The favourite at this age group are our Theatre Sports and Who’s Line is it Anyway style improvisational activities.
