Drama for Life

Theatre-play teaches students how to manage their emotions by developing their self awareness, and builds their confidence by helping them articulate their needs.

Our weekly acting classes in Melbourne combine mindfulness and improvisation to build resilience in our students by equipping them with the tools and strategies to be happier, kinder, more active participants in life.
